1. Provide a platform to W&S member Operators for collective thinking, raising voice on policy issues, research and actions.
3. Coordinate and link the P-WON members with regional and global networks.
2. Promote lateral learning amongst W&S Operators and capacity building through twinning & other programs.
4. Networking on best practices and knowledge sharing to improve member’s performance.
5. Facilitating the W&S operators to become socially accountable and transparent in their processes.
